These terms govern your use of Commently, a service operated by Samadjon Sayfullayev. By using Commently, you agree to these terms. Contact: samadjonsayfullayev3106@gmail.com.
Service
Commently helps authorized businesses and creators collect text comments from social accounts they control, prepare grounded reply drafts, and publish replies they approve. AI-generated drafts can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing every reply, keeping your business knowledge accurate, and deciding what is published.
Accounts and authorization
You must provide accurate account information, protect your Commently credentials, and connect only social accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You must keep the permissions required by Meta, Google, TikTok, Telegram and any other connected platform. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies.
Trial and subscription
The free trial starts when you activate your workspace and lasts seven days. The workspace is suspended when the trial ends unless the operator assigns an active paid subscription.
Acceptable use
You must not use Commently to send spam, harassment, deceptive content, unlawful content, or replies that violate another person's rights or a connected platform's rules. You must not bypass rate limits, access another workspace, probe the service for vulnerabilities, or upload secrets or personal customer records as business knowledge.
Your content and platform data
You retain your rights in the content and business knowledge you provide. You authorize Commently to process that content and data from connected accounts only as needed to provide and secure the service. Our handling of personal information is described in the privacy policy.
Availability and changes
Social platforms, AI providers, networks and hosting services can delay, reject or interrupt operations. We may change or suspend features to protect users, comply with law or platform policy, or maintain the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every comment or reply will be delivered.
Ending use
You may stop using Commently at any time. Disconnecting an account removes its stored credentials and comments from the active service. For workspace deletion and backup retention, follow the data-deletion instructions.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Commently is provided without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Samadjon Sayfullayev is not responsible for indirect losses, platform decisions, or content you choose to publish. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
